The Snug Community Hub
“The Snug” is a fresh addition to our community, serving as a dedicated hub for fostering connections and nurturing mental well-being. We extend an invitation for you to join us on Wednesdays and Fridays, where we offer an array of art-based and contemplative groups and activities. The IT CLUB Digital Inclusion
The IT Club, at The Snug, offers free volunteer led IT training for people who are living with a mental health condition or who are digitally excluded.It’s tailored to individual needs and it’s in E17 6QQ.

Time to Talk Waltham Forest

East London Mental Health Services (ELMS)
- Supported accommodation made up of five houses in Waltham Forest which can house up to 17 people living with complex mental health issues.
- A daytime project and lunch club, where attendees can take part in different activities like sewing, bowls and art projects.
