The Chingford Wellbeing Cafe provides valuable support to residents of Waltham Forest who are experiencing mild to moderate mental illness that can increase loneliness or social isolation. This welcoming space is ideal for those seeking greater purpose, connection and community in their lives. The café takes place every Monday from 12:30 to 3:00 PM at St Edmund’s Centre, 216 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 8JL.
Participants are invited to enjoy a warm and inclusive environment where they can socialise, engage in new activities, hear from guest speakers and take part in organised outings. These opportunities form part of a structured 10-session programme designed to enhance wellbeing and promote social connection that form part of the 5 Ways to Well-Being.
