CREST Ageing Well Project

The CREST Ageing Well Project supports adults who are 60+ years old living with any type of mental health condition, including early-stage dementia, as well as those who may be experiencing loneliness or social isolation.

We offer a welcoming programme of activities, refreshments, and social opportunities across three locations within the borough. The project provides a safe, supportive, and friendly environment where individuals can enjoy meaningful social interaction, recreation, and community involvement. Our activities are designed to promote wellbeing, independence, and active engagement.

What we offer

  • Refreshments on arrival.
  • A range of morning activities, including board games, puzzles, gentle exercise sessions, and quizzes.
  • A light lunch, including sandwiches and refreshments.
  • Afternoon activities including music, and arts and crafts.
  • Afternoon refreshments before the end of the day.
  • Opportunities to build friendships and social connections.
  • Support and information for carers.
